As a service project we decided that making a set of freezer meals would be beneficial to another member of the branch. Sister Elgan had all the ingredients purchased and ready for our young women to assemble them in record time when we arrived. On the menu: Stuffed Shells and Cheese, Lasagna, and Chicken Enchiladas.
It is important to read all of the recipe before beginning to cook. BUT- before you even start we all need to wash our hands! Food Handlers Safety Everyone!
Naomiy and Megan do a fine job making the layers on the lasagna. First the sauce, then the noodles, ricotta, cheese, sauce, and then repeat. They did such a great job and worked well as a team!

These beautiful ladies are showing off their finished product. They really did a wonderful job with the Stuffed Shells- and I think they had a good time as well!
