Live what we are learning

Here is a challenge from this lesson given by Sister Musick.
"If you do not have a testimony of the Godhead, you need to do everything you can to receive an answer and your own knowledge of this truth."
  • Memorize and ponder the first article of faith and share it with someone.
  • Complete Divine Nature value experience 2 in Personal Progress.
  • Teach a family home evening lesson about the Godhead using the scriptures they studied during this lesson.

As we learned while watching the talk given by Elder Hales he gained his testimony of the Godhead through study, while in his youth, and studying the Articles of Faith. The Holy Ghost will testify of truth. How can you gain your own testimony? Have the DESIRE to know- PRAY- and be OBEDIENT. As you come to know each member of the Godhead you will understand the love that each one has for you in your life.

Remember the words to this beautiful primary song "He Sent His Son."

How could the Father tell the world of love and tenderness?
He sent His son, a newborn Babe, with peace and holiness.
How could the Father show the world the pathway we should go?
He sent His Son to walk with men on earth, that we may know.
How could the Father tell the world of sacrifice, of death?
He sent His Son to die for us, and rise with living breath.
What does the Father ask of us? What do the scriptures say?
Have faith, have hope, live like His Son, help others on their way.
What does He ask? Live like His Son.
